The ARGOS program
This programme follows a specific itinerary within the MBA Degree, which students may sign up for in order to fulfil the graduation requirement of 1,000 hours of work experience. The programme is specially arranged this way so that all students who are awarded a degree may already boast valid and extensive business experience.
The ARGOS Program is aimed at students in the final two years of their degree, and may be taken once or twice during the second cycle. Based on their preferences and skills, students who sign up for the programme are assigned a company or entity during the final trimester of their third or fourth year.
Like the Work Experience Programme, the ARGOS Programme must be authorised by a collaborative agreement between the University and the various participating companies, and monitored by UIC professors as well as company managers, who oversee the students' performance and learning processes.
