Student Council

What is the Student Council?

The Student Council is an association comprised of representatives chosen by each UIC centre delegate.

Who chooses the Student Council members?

University students choose their class delegates through a voting process. These delegates then choose representatives for each faculty.

What are its objectives?

The Student Council's objectives are to advance and promote university life, and serve as an intermediary between students and university services by communicating all ideas, suggestions, proposals, initiatives, concerns, etc. that students may have and wish to share.

How can I get in touch with the Student Council?

It is best to get in touch with a council member from your faculty. However, you can also communicate proposals through your class delegate, or through the Student Services manager on each campus.
