Course reservation and enrolment
Reservations
- Accepted
candidates must reserve a place in the course within five days of receiving their acceptance letter. Reservations must
be accompanied by a payment of 20% of
the total course fee, via bank transfer into the UIC’s “La Caixa”
account.
- If the
candidate does not complete the reservation within the time period allotted,
the corresponding place in the course will be offered to a candidate on the
waiting list.
- If the
candidate completes the reservation on time, the UIC will fully guarantee enrolment,
and the corresponding place in the course will not be offered to anyone else.
- The UIC
will refund the course reservation fee in full to all accepted students who do
not meet the legal and academic University admission requirements.
- Once they
have completed the course reservation process, students who choose to decline
admission for reasons unrelated to those addressed above, will forfeit the amount
paid in compensation for damages.
- If for any
reason the University neglects to secure a place to a student who has
successfully completed the admission process, who meets all admission
requirements, and who has paid the course reservation fee within the time
allotted, the UIC will refund the student double the reservation fee paid.
