Degree in Law
Presentation
The four-year UIC
Law degree is designed to offer our students
the best possible training in order to help them secure positive employment opportunities
on graduation.
Our university provides
a practical and international vision of the different branches of judicial
practice, and we work to develop future professionals based on the following
characteristics:
- Graduates with a strong theoretical base and
comprehensive notions of legal practice: it is difficult to enter the professional
legal world without a broad and thorough understanding of the laws and edicts
of the courts; however, it is equally challenging to try to succeed in the
profession without the necessary practical training. With this in mind, our
mission at the UIC is to ensure that all our law graduates are capable of
effectively combining both facets.
- People with the ability to reflect upon and
respond to the prevailing social environment: an essential precondition in developing
a correct and comprehensive understanding of the questions and problems involved
in the profession as well as the ability to respond effectively to these
problems.
- Responsible and committed professionals
with an ethical approach to life and their chosen profession.
- Young graduates who are well prepared to join an
increasingly globalised and more competitive profession.
