The Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences at the UIC strives to train business professionals by giving them excellent technical and personal preparation.
Special emphasis is placed on internationality; students learn the techniques and attitudes necessary for smooth adaptation to the company environment, and gain complex understanding of today's international, globalised and constantly changing world.
The university achieves this by lending the study programme a substantial international component, giving students the opportunity to gain practical experience in multinational and international companies or participate in the ERASMUS Exchange Programme with other European Universities, which requires an advanced level of proficiency in business English.
On this basis, the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences is constantly reinforcing its affiliations and collaborative agreements with the business world; today it is part of a large network of companies and institutions who participate in this educational project.
