Through the FERT Association, the Institute offers the Courses in Family Enrichment (an area in which FERT is a pioneer at an international level) that gives parents effective support and assistance in educating their children.
The course consists of several programmes that are designed to suit the needs of children of various age groups. The methodology is essentially participatory, and consists of discussions of practical cases in work teams made up of several couples.
The principles of freedom, respect for different opinions and friendship guide the nature of participation among all involved.
The cases discussed serve as the object of debate in general sessions moderated by experts in the field, with the collaboration of a technical research team.
