Selection process
The
selection process is conducted by a consultancy group within the Department of
Human Resources and follows the stages outlined below:
- All the applications received for a
particular vacancy are analysed
- If a candidate’s profile meets our
requirements we invite them to do a psychological assessment and attend an
interview given by an external consultant.
- Those applicants who
successfully complete the first stage of selection are then interviewed by the
director of Human Hesources and the head of the relevant department. These are
the people who ultimately select the most appropriate candidate for the vacant
post.
