The Degree in Labour Studies is a second-cycle programme providing specialization in the organization of work. It integrates essential content on strategic business management, labour economics, theory of labour relations, negotiating techniques, social-labour auditing and industrial public policy.

At the UIC, the aim of this degree is to produce people who know the labour market and human-resource management, are trained in human-resource management and organization in legal and economic terms, labour mediation and negotiation, labour auditing and consulting, presentation of applied studies and organization of employment services.

The study programme is specially designed for people who want to combine work and study or take a double degree. The work methodology combines attendance in classes with small groups once or twice a week with individual work at home.

Access to the degree also requires taking complementary courses, depending on students' original qualifications.
