From the first year onwards, students are immersed in this theoretical and practical forum designed to help them acquire the skills they will need in the nursing profession. The UIC is equipped with state-of-the-art scientific and technical equipment capable of simulating all kinds of real-life situations.
The laboratory effectively simulates events that may arise in four distinct nursing environments: hospitalisation, intensive care, the maternity ward and primary care consults. Students meet in the lab in small groups and spend 2 hours practicing techniques relevant to each topic (completing 4 topics per trimester).
