Academic Administrative Services, a sub-division of the UIC Secretary General, coordinates the academic procedures and administrative tasks related to UIC degree study programmes.
Each UIC centre has an academic administration department that works with Academic Administrative Services to carry out its administrative responsibilities.
Each academic administrative department takes care of issuing personal academic certificates. Official diplomas and transcripts are handled at academic administration headquarters, on the Barcelona campus. The related processing fees are established annually by the Board of Directors.
