A group of dentistry students, accompanied by Professor Santi Costa and Sant Cugat campus chaplain Father Emili Roure, undertook voluntary work this August in Côte d'Ivoire.
The UIC and the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala are organizing the 1st International Dentistry Congress in Guatemala. The congress will be held from 6 to 9 August 2008 with the participation of twenty experts in different areas of knowledge in dentistry.
The UIC presented its own Youtube channel ( www.youtube.com/uic ) on 11 July 2008, within the framework of the University Council meeting. The UIC is the first private Catalan university to have its own Youtube channel, which enables users to share digital videos on the Internet.
