University Support Services

The SUS-UIC (Servicio Universitarios Solidarios) is an initiative created by students of the UIC with the objective of contributing towards the improvement of society. Through this service, the Universitat Internacional de Calalunya aims to provide students with the opportunity to do something for others via a wide range of supportive schemes.

The SUS offers a whole host of diverse projects which is also open to non-UIC individuals. Each scheme has specific characteristics, adapted to suit the professional studies and interests of each individual. In this regard, the voluntary projects enable students to put into practice all the knowledge and skills they have acquired.

In addition, the voluntary schemes offered by the SUS take into account the amount of time each individual or group is prepared to dedicate to the cause, whether it is once a week, once a month or just during the summer months. Volunteers can also choose whether they would prefer to work with children, the elderly or the sick.

The ultimate goal of the SUS is to give students the opportunity to make their stay at this university both valuable and enriching. It is beneficial to their overall education and essential for the creation of a fairer world.
